What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They're widely used to make sites work, remember preferences, and analyse traffic. Some are strictly necessary for the site to function (no consent needed); others require your explicit permission under Swiss FADP, EU GDPR, and the ePrivacy Directive.

How TBON uses cookies

We keep tracking minimal. Currently TBON only uses strictly necessary cookies required for session management and security (such as CSRF protection on the contact form). We do not currently run analytics or advertising tracking.

We have prepared the consent infrastructure to optionally enable analytics (e.g. Google Analytics 4) in the future, with full opt-in control. You will always be asked before any non-essential cookie is set.

Manage your preferences

You can review or change your cookie choices at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to:

Third-party services

If we add third-party tools (analytics, embedded video, ads), each one will be listed in the respective table above with its retention period and a link to the provider's privacy policy. Some providers (e.g. Google) transfer data to the United States; in such cases we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework as legal bases.

How to disable cookies in your browser

In addition to our banner, you can configure your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when one is set. Each browser is different, but the general path is Settings → Privacy → Cookies. Note that disabling all cookies may break parts of the site.
