Last updated: 6 May 2026 · Compliant with Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, revised 2023) and EU GDPR.

2.1 Who we are

The data controller is TBON GmbH, Hädrichstrasse 13, 8047 Zürich. Contact us at hello@tbon.ch for any privacy question.

2.2 What data we collect

  • Contact form data: name, email, phone (optional), company, project details. Used only to respond to your request.
  • Server logs: IP address, user agent, timestamp. Kept for security purposes for 30 days.
  • Analytics: we use privacy-respecting analytics (no personal data, no cookies, no fingerprinting).

2.3 How we use it

Form submissions are read by senior team members and used to respond to your brief. We don't share, sell, or use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.

2.4 Data retention

Brief submissions are retained for 24 months. Active client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 10 years (Swiss accounting law). Then deleted.

2.5 Your rights

Under Swiss FADP and EU GDPR you have the right to: access your data, request correction, request deletion, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Swiss FDPIC or your local DPA.

2.6 Third-party processors

We use OVH SAS (France) for hosting, Google Fonts for typography (no personal data shared), and standard email infrastructure. Sub-processors are reviewed annually.

Cookies policy.

Short version: we don't use tracking cookies.

This website only uses strictly necessary cookies for basic functionality (CSRF protection on forms, session continuity). No advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies are set.

If we ever add analytics in the future, we'll show a clear consent banner and let you opt out without breaking the site.
